We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • The product is not an e-liquid or any hygiene-sensitive item (due to health regulations)

Returns outside this period or those that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • E-liquids or vape juices (unless damaged/leaking on arrival)
  • Disposable vapes (unless faulty)
  • Coils or pods that have been opened
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photo/video proof of the issue
    We will offer a replacement or refund once we’ve verified the claim.

4. How to Return

Email us at returns@vapeogram.co.uk before sending anything back. Once approved:

  • You’ll receive return instructions
  • You’re responsible for return postage (unless item is faulty)
  • Keep proof of postage for tracking

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancelling Orders

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. If dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.
